ApsteQ · App Development for Founders
In-house engineering that ships the product, and the growth team that launches it. Most build shops hand you an app and disappear. We are the people who have to make it work afterwards, so we build it that way from day one.
Check if your build is a fitIdea, half-built prototype, or a rebuild. We review every enquiry personally.
01 Building and growing apps since 2015
02 Learn how we think
The breakdowns founders watch before they reach out. Build first, then how to get it users.
03 Real apps, real download numbers
A selection of apps we have grown. Tap any store badge and check the live numbers yourself.

Family-friendly entertainment app
We built trust with educational content, testimonials, and UGC, clarified the app's compliance in campaigns, and grew it past 100K downloads.

Company earnings-call app for investors
A full-scale campaign across Google Ads, social, ASO and SEO took a finance app struggling for traction from a few thousand installs past 100K downloads.

Friendship and connection app
A social app we run growth for right now. Proof the engine is running today, not just in past case studies. The developer owns the app, we drive the installs.

Meditation, affirmations and mental clarity
Personalized content, ASO, and store listing optimization. The exact playbook a wellness app needs.

Positive-parenting and wellbeing app
From the same wellness suite as Inner Journey. Another personalized, content-driven app in the mindfulness space. Proof this is a portfolio, not a one-off.

Travel and digital-nomad lifestyle app
A recent build in the lifestyle space, live on the App Store. Part of a steady stream of shipped apps, not a portfolio frozen in time.
Full case detail, the exact campaigns and numbers, shared on your strategy call and matched to your app's direction.

Founder · ApsteQ
Technologist and serial founder. Two decades turning ideas into systems: enterprise platforms at HCL, companies I founded, one I exited, and the app-growth playbooks that drove tens of millions of installs. When we work together, I am in your project chat from day one, not behind a team.
Product roles at Dell, Infosys and HCL, then founder of FlyingSalon and Vidizy (exited), then a product studio that shipped 40+ apps, then 52M+ installs across 300+ clients. The channel breaking it all down grew past 28K subscribers.
06 How it works
No 40-slide scope document. We agree what version one must do, build it, then put it in front of real users.
We cut the idea down to what it genuinely needs to launch. The features that can wait are the difference between shipping this quarter and next year.
In-house engineering builds it properly: accounts, payments, the integrations you need. You see working software as it goes, not a status report.
The app goes live and the same team runs store listing, acquisition and retention. Nothing gets handed to a stranger.
07 The real cost
The quote is only part of what an app costs you. What decides the real number is how much of it you have to build twice.
The cheapest quote
The quote was the cheapest on the table. Then payments would not scale, the data model had to be redone, and the second team charged more to untangle it than the first charged to build it. Plus months of launch time lost.
Built properly
Higher on day one, lower within the year, and live sooner. The gap is not craftsmanship for its own sake, it is not paying twice.
What moves the number is scope, the platforms you build for (iOS, Android, web), and the markets you launch in. The expensive part of an app is rarely the first build. It is the rebuild. Scoping honestly and building it once is what keeps the real number down.
